For those of you who missed the Oscars or (like me) fell asleep too early or even if you saw it, here is a wonderful reminder. Last night during his acceptance speech for Best Adapted Screenplay for “The Imitation Game”, Graham Moore takes a moment to talk about suicide awareness. He admitted to attempting suicide when he was 16 and gives an encouraging message to those who feel like they don’t belong. You can watch the entire speech here. So today and everyday remember to be unapologetically you and encourage others to do the same.
